This magnesium cream is great. It goes on nicely with no greasy feel. And I believe I am sleeping better by putting it on my feet at bedtime.
The sprays, lotions and creams are all excellent! Great scents that make you feel like you're getting the spa treatment. I recommend the sprays or lotions for maximum Magnesium exposure. I would say the cream is best used with a massage. The lotions are best for your feet and the sprays are the most potent.
This is by far my favorite thing to use right now. For aches and painsit's great but my favorite use is on my feet at bedtime. I've NEVER been able to sleep through the night without a sleep aid but this is it for me I'm so grateful I found this!!!
This product is amazing! I used it on my knees after to help with some pain after running and it definitely helped! After taking a shower I used it with no reactions or issues. I am allergic to many things and this product was great.
I used the lotion around 9:30 pm and I was sleeping before 10 pm. It definitely helped me sleep and reduced my pain. Plus the smell 10/10!
It really works! I put this on after long days or hard workouts and it almost makes me go to sleep. It’s also very soothing and smells fantastic
